If you receive it, please know this survey is legitimate and conducted by The DFM Group, our trusted third-party partner, who will keep all responses completely anonymous. No personal information will be shared or connected to your survey. The survey will arrive via e-mail or text from the National Safety & Legislative Department.
The purpose of this survey is to ensure that SMART-TD can accurately represent the views and priorities of our members as we lobby for new laws and regulations. Your participation is vital.
