SMART Local 47 Wages and Benefits:

Our Benefits don’t come off your Hourly Wage!
*** Residential Sector ***
Our Residential Sector Apprentices start out at $23.80/HR plus vacation pay (2.38$) with an additional $7.87 in benefits for a total wage package of $34.05/HR.
Apprentices receive significant increases as they progress through our program.
Our Residential Sector Journeymen make $48.80/HR on the check plus vacation pay (4.88$) with an additional $18.34 in benefits for a total wage package of $72.02/HR.
*** ICI Sector ***
Our ICI Sector Apprentices start out at $22.24/HR plus vacation pay (2.22$) with an additional $9.21 in benefits for a total wage package of $33.67/HR.
Apprentices receive significant increases as they progress through our program.
Our ICI Sector Journeymen make $47.74/HR on the check plus vacation pay (4.77$) with an additional $19.68 in benefits for a total wage package of $72.19/HR.

High-Rise Residential Sector:
