SMART Local #177 is currently looking for skilled journeypersons to perform HVAC and Wall Panel installation on the new Tennessee Titans Stadium and other large, commercial projects in Middle-Tennessee.
Be A Part Of History
The new stadium will become an icon of our growing city and millions of people will see our quality work as they visit our city and attend games and events in this new, covered facility. The stadium is right next to I-24/I-40 in Downtown Nashville and is expected to be operational in 2027. An estimated 200-250 sheet metal workers will be needed to build this site and you could be one of those skilled members.
Competitive Wages and Benefits
SMART Local 177 sets the area standards in wages and benefits. Our pay packages includes health insurance and retirement savings. Journeyperson total package is $53.41 per hour with $37.03 per hour on check.
Work Opportunities
We are currently looking for Skilled Trades Workers with experience performing the following:
- Industrial and Large Commercial HVAC Duct Work
- Architectural Wall Panels
- Miscellaneous Metal Work
**A minimum of 6 years of experience is required to be eligible**
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid State issued ID
- Have dependable transportation
- Physically able to bend, lift (50+ pounds) and stand for long periods of time
- Use industry related tools and safety products
- Complete OSHA 10 Construction training
