Members should not travel prior to being dispatched. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Required Attendance bonus $300 weekly for 50 hours worked M-F, Additional $100 attendance bonus weekly to work full Saturday shift. Employee must be present for the entirety of their scheduled shifts to receive bonuses. In addition to Attendance Bonus, SASMI and SMART Incentive as listed below. SASMI Incentive: $600- 1st day of work $600- 14th day of work $600- 28th day of work SMART Incentive: $700-35th day of work $700-50th day of work $700- 70th day of work
