Transportation Division Alternate Vice President
Brother Finley, a member of Local 1558 in Bergenfield, N.J., joined the SMART Transportation Division in 2018 and in a matter of months became the local chairperson and the general chairperson of GCA-RCL (Rockland Coaches).
He has had leadership positions at the local and state levels, serving as local president and alternate legislative representative from May to November 2022. In December 2022, he began to serve his local as secretary and treasurer and legislative representative.
He was appointed Bus Department alternate vice president — East on Oct. 1, 2023, by the SMART-TD Board of Directors and also has served as his local’s alternate delegate and delegate to the SMART Convention.
He has six children and 24 grandchildren.
